It’s the last day of my holiday vacation, back to work tomorrow.. a first for the year. I loved the idea of our company giving their employees their much needed holiday break. 🙂 I will definitely miss this one when i resign cos i know not all companies offer a 2 week vacation leave with pay during the holiday season. today being the last day is rest day for me. just surfing the internet listening to classical music for my baby and reading blogs. I originally wanted to pamper myself and go get a foot spa, mani-pedi combo cos i need one but i’m so into reading blogs now and i have nobody to go to the spa parlor with.

I love the idea of “space saving” If only i have my own house.. I will definitely put the idea on mind.

Anyway I’m back to the Adato residence for now just because my hubby’s schedule is still under negotiation with the management and my mom specifically requested before the wedding if i can stay home until hubby started working during daytime.

so i’m here again in the comfort of my own room. i miss my bed it’s a good thing that they did not get rid of it..

Gawd, i miss this room! and i hate that I need to wake up early tomorrow!

Day 2: Project 365

Today I went to Capitol Medical Center for my laboratory examinations, CBC and Urine Culture. My white blood cells are too high and my OB-gyne is really worried because she doesn’t know where the infection is coming. At first it was because of my urine.. but after 3 or 4 tests my urine got normal but my WBC continue to shoot higher.. I was referred to a hematologist and they advise me to take an antibiotic   and go back to have my blood examine again… I must tell you I’m afraid of needles. I’m not the kind who cries but i got really tense.. There was a time when i got used to it because ive been asked to have my blood examine for like 3 consecutive times and i said to myself that it is good because i’m conquering my fear. But today, after a few weeks, I had it taken again and WOW i thought i’d die. But I’m happy that I’m still alive. 🙂 yey!

It’s the first time that they got the blood from my left arm, usually they get it from the right.. :s

I spent the afternoon shopping with my sister. She wanted to buy things for herself but ended up buying just one piece of clothing.. after hours of finding the perfect pair of shoes, she got tired and just gave up on it. Although i got really exhausted and my feet hurts like hell i thank God for the time that we spent together. I miss it, i miss her a lot.

Tomorrow would be my last day of holiday vacation, Back to work again on Thursday. Few more weeks and I’m officially resigned.

Must apply for a Work from home job before the month ends. O God help me! ❤

Project Three Hundred Sixty Five.

One of my resolutions for the year is to update my blog regularly, and what better way to do it than to join project 365. I read about it from the wordpress mail the other day and i made a commitment to myself that i will have 365 entries (1 each day) as much as possible for this 2012. I was supposed to start yesterday but 1st of January is a very busy day for me and the whole ADATO Clan because of our annual New year’s day party so today marks the first day of my own project 365. 😉

I would like to share with you my most recent make-up purchase. ❤

Let me start with the Lipsticks.

 I recently found out about Ever Bilena’s Matte Lipstick collection thru my favorite make-up artist  Ana Victorino, she blogged about them here. Being a sucker for lipsticks I immediately purchase my first EB matte lipstick the PINK FLAME.  Even though i know that wearing lipsticks are bad for pregnant women i brushed the idea off of my head and gave the excuse that I wont be using them all the time. (oh-i am so bad!)

then i bought another one in MAUVEY it’s more of a skin tone shade, doesnt look that good on me though so im thinking of giving it to my sister…

Now let’s go to the eyes. I’m starting to love putting eye shadows in a daily basis.. it makes me feel good whenever i wear one, but i can’t find the perfect palette. I’m saving up for a nicer one  🙂 i’m eyeing smashbox’s masquerade palette and still looking for one here in my area.. luckily i still have my DIOR Fall Ready to wear palette. But what i wear whenever i dont use eyeshadows is a good kind of black eyeliner to define my eyes. I got mine from AVON ever since, I love their retractable eyeliner in blackest black. ❤

For my face, I bought Maybelline New York’s Clear smooth all in one foundation Shine free cake powder as an alternative to my Prestige Wet/Dry foundation. Which is okay because the latter is rather expensive but is really a good product! but maybelline is not bad at all and very affordable.

I usually don’t wear lip balms cos i take care of my lips by putting petroleum jelly at night before i sleep, but how cute this one could be..

My husband’s cousin gave this to me. So cute and yummy! (ha-ha!)

That’s what Ive been obsessing right now.. 🙂 will start to buy make up again this year probably after I give birth so there would be no restrictions.. To be honest, I felt that I need to be very beautiful at this stage of my life because I think and feel that I’m really ugly because I’m pregnant and I don’t want hubby looking for another girl 🙂 so there!

Again, Happy New Year everyone and I’m hoping to be faithful to this project 365!
